The Banias stream (Hermon) feeds from the Banias flowing springs at the foot of the Hermon Mountain. The stream is approximately nine kilometers long, gathering the Dan waters, meeting the Chatsbani (snir), and turning into the Jordan river near Kibbutz Sde-Nehemia. On its course, the stream creates the most impressive waterfall in Israel! The stream runs alongside the Moshav of Shea’r Yashuv and embodies lovely spots in where you can dip in its cool water. You can hike along the stream following several paths with different difficulty levels: A trip to the Banias springs, visiting the waterfall and the “elevated trail”, and our specialty trip – from the waterfall or  Kibbutz Snir all the way to the “the kurlender guest house”.
